With over 25 years of experience in people management and leadership, Nurat brings strategic insight and operational excellence to S2S Healthcare. Her background includes senior roles such as Field Operations Director for EMEA, and she is a part-qualified accountant with 15+ years of financial expertise. Nurat’s leadership is grounded in accountability, compassion, and a deep commitment to quality care.

EBUNOLUWA LONGERegistered Manager
Ebunola is an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with over 12 years of clinical experience across multiple specialisms. Her leadership combines hands-on expertise in areas like Reablement, Sensory Integration, and Functional Assessments with strategic oversight of care pathways and service improvement. She ensures our care delivery remains evidence-based, compassionate, and continuously evolving.
JOHN DOHERTYNominated Individual
John holds a BSc in Biochemistry and brings over a decade of experience in IT transformation and digital compliance. He has led major projects for UK government bodies, including the nationwide rollout of a domiciliary care management system. At S2S, John ensures our infrastructure supports safe, efficient, and future-ready care delivery.
