Her background includes senior roles such as Field Operations Director for EMEA, and she is a part-qualified accountant with 15+ years of financial expertise. Nurat’s leadership is grounded in accountability, compassion, and a deep commitment to quality care.

Ebunola is an HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist with over 12 years of clinical experience across multiple specialisms. Her leadership combines hands-on expertise in areas like Reablement, Sensory Integration, and Functional Assessments with strategic oversight of care pathways and service improvement. She ensures our care delivery remains evidence-based, compassionate, and continuously evolving.
